Walter Soyka, Principal & Designer

Walter Soyka began his career with two years as a video editor and producer, but when he stumbled upon the live events industry, he was immediately hooked. The spectacle of a well-produced event and the excitement of running a live show drew him in, and he began freelancing as a graphic designer and operator.

Walter founded Keen Live in 2006 to chase his passions for design, technology, and business. He is focused on projects where these three interests meet: conveying corporate messaging with clear visuals and only the coolest toys.

Walter is an expert in several presentation systems, including PowerPoint, Keynote, and Watchout, as well as digital content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Studio. Most importantly, he refuses to sit still, constantly refining internal workflows and exploring new methodologies to improve his content creation.

He is looking forward to the birth of his first child in August with his wife and high-school sweetheart, Helen.
